Ordinance #556 Series 2021, An Ordinance Amending Title 17. 04 Land Use Code and Zoning of the Dolores Municipal code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN, that notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing before the Dolores Town Board of Trustees at 6:30 P.M. on Monday December 13th, 2021, live or by virtual link provided on this town website https://townofdolores.colorado.gov/.
The ordinance will amend Title 17.04 of the Municipal Code to provide updates to the Hazards and Environmentally Sensitive Areas and to Administration and Procedures. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish updated standards and procedures for Article VI O. Areas of State and Local Interest, and Article VI A. through X. Administration and Procedures.
