Community Intervention Program

What is CIP?

CIP Team is a collaborative community program consisting of a behavioral health provider and EMT, housed under Emergency Management. The purpose of the program is to enhance the emergency response system to better serve those experiencing a social and behavioral health crisis, while providing relief to 911 agencies. Through integrated, community-based response we offer opportunities for proactive engagement, harm reduction, intervention, and effective referral.
