Special Event Permit Application

Notice is hereby given that the Dolores River Boating Advocates have applied to the local licensing authority for a Special Event Permit. The application will be considered by the Dolores Town Board at its regular meeting on December 8, 2025, at Town Hall, 601 Central Avenue, Dolores, Colorado.

Public comment is welcome. Additional information may be obtained by contacting Town Hall.

Public Hearing - Water Rates

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dolores Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, to discuss and consider water rates for the 2026 budget year.

The public is invited to attend and provide comment.

Regular Municipal Election Petitions

The Town of Dolores Regular Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.  The election will be conducted via mail ballot.  There are three (3) Trustee positions which will be on the ballot and the position of Mayor.  Nomination petitions will be available for circulation beginning on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.  Nomination petitions must be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office no later than Monday, January 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Notice of Budget Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Town of Dolores Board of Trustees for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026. A copy of the proposed budget is on file at Dolores Town Hall, 601 Central Avenue, Dolores, Colorado, where it is open for public inspection during regular business hours.
