Public Notice: Consideration of Marijuana License Ownership Change

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, January 12, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Dolores will hold a regular meeting during which the Board will consider the application submitted by High Country Releaf for a Change of Beneficial Ownership for its licensed marijuana business from Rico Capital to the individuals Michael Halcoussis and Ourania Sullivan.

Regular Municipal Election Petitions

The Town of Dolores Regular Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.  The election will be conducted via mail ballot.  There are three (3) Trustee positions which will be on the ballot and the position of Mayor.  Nomination petitions will be available for circulation beginning on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.  Nomination petitions must be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office no later than Monday, January 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
