NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN, that notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing before the Dolores Planning and Zoning Commission at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday November 5, 2024, in person at 601 Central Ave or by virtual link provided on the Town of Dolores website.
The purpose of this hearing is for the Planning and Zoning Commission to present Ordinance 582 and 582-A Series 2024 to amend the Dolores Land Use Code to change the permitted use for accessory dwellings and structures from “not allowed” to “permitted where conditions are met” in Mixed use Zone Districts” A copy of the proposed ordinance amending the Land Use Code is available on the Town of Dolores website at https://townofdolores.colorado.gov/ and the town clerk’s office.
