The project site address is 420 Central Avenue, PO Box 630, Dolores, CO 81323, in Montezuma County. The Town of Dolores (TOD) owns the property and functions as the Town's municipal building. The building is expected to be vacated on or around May 20, 2024. This date is contingent upon the completion of the construction of a separate facility.
