The Town is hosting a social event for a retiring Board member.
The event will not have any current town business discussions. However, there may be talk of previous town business.

The Town of Dolores Administration building at 420 Central Ave will be moving to 601 Central Ave on or before May 13th. We will need to be closed to move our technology, i.e. servers, internet, and physical items. Our closure will be 3-5 days. During this closure, we will not be accepting payments, drop-off permit requests or other town business.
Now, therefore, be it known, that notice is hereby given that the building (Old Town Hall) located at 420 Central Avenue Dolores Colorado. Will be scheduled for asbestos and demolition abatement on or after May 20th, 2024. Please see the Town of Dolores website for more information. The Town of Dolores is seeking qualified consultants for the design of a Water Distribution System Replacement Phase II project. It is the goal of the Town to select a consultant who will provide the highest quality of response, customer service, technical expertise, funding assistance, and project management. The project site address is 420 Central Avenue, PO Box 630, Dolores, CO 81323, in Montezuma County. The Town of Dolores (TOD) owns the property and functions as the Town's municipal building. The building is expected to be vacated on or around May 20, 2024. This date is contingent upon the completion of the construction of a separate facility.

Public Hearing for 2024 Budget and 2024 Budget Adoption
Now, therefore, be it known, that notice is hereby given that a proposed budget for the Budget Year 2024 has been submitted to the Town of Dolores, Board of Trustees as of October 9, 2023. A budget public hearing is set for the Regular Board Meeting on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. and adoption of the 2024 Budget is set for the Regular Board Meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:30 P.M.
This hearing and adoption will be held in person and virtually.
